Implementing health assessments and Health Management Plans for children and young people entering Out of Home Care.🔗
Collaborating with stakeholders
Working confidently within a multidisciplinary and multi-agency approach, collaborating with key stakeholders.🏡
Home visiting
Enjoying a home visiting model with a diverse range of clients, ensuring every day is different.Key criteria

Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse
Valid registration with AHPRA for nursing practice.View

3+ years of relevant nursing experience
Experience in assessing health needs of children and families.View
