You'll be responsible for

Working strategically with clubs and community groups

Facilitating and supporting the delivery of community, sport, and recreation services, programs, events, and facilities.

Developing strategies for local clubs

Improving the capacity, viability, and sustainability of community, sporting, and recreation clubs and associations.

Managing the Community Funding Program

Overseeing the Shire’s Community Funding Program to support local initiatives and projects.

Skills you'll need

Community Development

Understanding and experience in community development principles and practices to effectively engage with local clubs and communities.

Leadership

Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering collaboration among various stakeholders to achieve community goals.
