You'll be responsible for

Leading customer and tenant relations
Lead proactive communication with customers and tenants through various building media including tenant portals, email notices, forums, and regular meetings.🏢
Overseeing property management
Oversee day-to-day management of Victoria Cross Tower including leasing, reporting, capital expenditure, rent roll, and debt management.💰
Managing financial activities
Collaborate on quarterly reforecasting of income and operating expenditure, and assist with capital expenditure submissions and claims.What we're looking for

Real Estate Licence
Possession of Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Licence or Certificate of RegistrationView fit
