You'll be responsible for

Growing referrals
Grow referrals to Carer Gateway through proactive outreach in locations such as hospitals, community centres, organisations, expos, and local events.🤝
Building stakeholder relationships
Build strong stakeholder relationships across referral networks, panels, and service providers, acting as a visible and trusted program ambassador.🗣️
Delivering presentations
Deliver presentations and information sessions to hospitals, aged care, disability organisations, and community groups.Key criteria
