You'll be responsible for

Providing company secretarial support

Provide high-quality company secretarial support to the ING Australia Board, Executive Committee and key committees, including agenda planning, paper coordination, minutes and action tracking.

Managing Board calendar

Manage the annual Board and committee calendar, including the master schedule for all relevant meetings.

Overseeing corporate filings

Oversee ASIC corporate filings for Australian ING entities.

Key criteria

📜

Company secretarial experience

Significant experience in a comparably sized Australian organisation.

Knowledge of governance frameworks

Strong understanding of legislative frameworks for corporations and boards.
