The Content and Supply Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting global and category-led Content and Supply teams with the division. This job is all about ensuring effective implementation of air and land content strategies while fostering strong supplier relationships. You'll be responsible for

Supporting delivery of air and land content strategies
Translating corporate priorities into divisional actions, coordinating rollout of supplier programs and initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with content, distribution, optimisation, and sales activation plans.🤝
Managing day-to-day engagement with relevant travel suppliers
Supporting relationship management and alignment with the UK Head of Land Procurement, while identifying category-specific opportunities and coordinating supplier involvement in commercial, marketing and partnership activities.🔍
Acting as the primary liaison between the Division and Content & Supply
Capturing stakeholder feedback on supplier and content gaps, operational issues and customer needs, and feeding specialist requirements and opportunities into procurement, distribution, product and optimisation roadmaps.Key criteria

Experience in entertainment travel
Demonstrated experience in entertainment or production travel sectors.View

Supplier ecosystem familiarity
Understanding of airline, hotel, and ground supplier networks.View

Procurement and operations experience
