You'll be responsible for

Assisting with contract reviews
Reviewing relevant contract documents to understand UGL’s commercial models, risks, rights, and obligations, and supporting project teams with procurement for assigned works packages.🗂️
Managing contracts administration
Overseeing all responses, approvals of variations, payment schedules, and supplier invoices to ensure compliance with contractual terms.💰
Preparing payment claims
Compiling supporting documents for payment claims in consultation with the Project Manager and assisting in preparing monthly cost reports and project updates.Key criteria

2-5 years in contracts administration within engineering or construction environments.View
