You'll be responsible for

Assisting with administrative activities

Assist with the administrative activities related to the end-to-end FSA lifecycle process within Bupa Dental Care.

Maintaining contract records

Support the maintenance of accurate contract records and assist in maintaining accuracy and integrity of active FSA templates.
✉️

Managing DocuSign Administration

Ownership of DocuSign Administration as well as the Contract Management and Governance distribution groups, mailbox and email enquiries.

Skills you'll need

Administrative experience

Experience completing administrative activities related to end-to-end contract lifecycle, or similar.

Communication skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Computer literacy

Strong computer literacy in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
