You'll be responsible for

Reviewing and drafting contracts

Review, draft, negotiate and finalize research and commercial engagement agreements, seeking legal advice where appropriate.

Coordinating approvals

Coordinate internal approvals and delegate signatures to ensure contracts are executed accurately and within required timeframes.

Building relationships

Build productive relationships with researchers, RIC colleagues, faculty staff and external partners to streamline contracting processes.

Law degree

Possession of a valid law degree for contract expertise.
