Providing high level leadership to the team of Duty Supervisors, Aquatic Operations Team Leaders, and Lifeguard teams to foster a positive culture aligned with Hume Values and guiding behaviours.⚖️
Ensuring safety compliance
Maintaining compliance with safety guidelines and regulations and implementing regular reviews to uphold high-quality standards in aquatic operations.📋
Managing aquatic operations
Managing service contracts related to Aquatic and Pool Operations, ensuring compliance with legislative and contract requirements for optimal asset management.Key criteria
