You'll be responsible for

Administering insurance applications

Managing insurance underwriting applications and exceptions that can't be automatically processed.

Processing corporate account activities

Handling salary-based insurance calculations and annual salary reviews for corporate accounts.

Liaising with insurers

Communicating with insurers to lodge applications and resolve queries effectively.

Key criteria

📜

Certificate IV or Diploma in Superannuation

Possession of relevant qualifications in superannuation administration.
