You'll be responsible for

Supporting capital raising
Support equity fundraising (including a planned Series D) by preparing investor materials and managing the due diligence process.📉
Assisting with debt strategy
Assist with debt capital initiatives, facility structuring, reporting and analysis, including public debt market transactions.🧮
Maintaining financial models
Maintain and develop the core corporate financial model, executing scenario analysis to support long-term strategy, along with budgeting and forecasting.Key criteria
