You'll be responsible for

Supporting capital raising

Support equity fundraising (including a planned Series D) by preparing investor materials and managing the due diligence process.

Assisting with debt strategy

Assist with debt capital initiatives, facility structuring, reporting and analysis, including public debt market transactions.

Maintaining financial models

Maintain and develop the core corporate financial model, executing scenario analysis to support long-term strategy, along with budgeting and forecasting.
