Building trusted relationships with councils, State government agencies, and key stakeholders to support informed decision-making and respond to emerging issues.

Acting as a key connection point between State and local government, facilitating collaboration and providing practical information and assistance.

Engaging directly with council General Managers and senior stakeholders to gather insights and identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
