You'll be responsible for

Leading strategic solution engagements

Lead complex discovery and design engagements with leading financial institutions across Australia and New Zealand, shaping multi-year transformation strategies.

Driving thought leadership

Act as a recognised industry expert and thought leader in digital service transformation for financial services, publishing insights and representing ServiceNow at industry events.
🛠️

Designing complex solutions

Design and deliver sophisticated solution narratives and demonstrations that integrate ServiceNow’s Customer & Industry Workflows with partner technologies.

Skills you'll need

AI integration

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
🏦

Domain knowledge in financial services

Expert-level domain knowledge across banking, insurance, superannuation, or wealth management, including regulatory frameworks and operational processes.

Pre-sales consulting experience

10+ years of pre-sales or equivalent consulting experience leading complex digital transformation initiatives within financial services.
