Preparing Certificates of Determination and clear Statements of Reasons that explain decisions in plain English.🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders
Collaborating with stakeholders across claims, legal and medical disciplines to support effective dispute resolution outcomes.Key criteria

Experience in insurance claims
Demonstrated experience within the NSW CTP MAIA scheme.View

Qualifications in relevant fields
