You'll be responsible for

Conduct independent internal reviews of CTP claims decisions by assessing evidence, applying legislative tests, and determining fair outcomes.

Preparing documentation

Prepare Certificates of Determination and clear Statements of Reasons that explain decisions in plain English.

Identifying claim trends

Identify claim trends and contribute insights that support continuous improvement across the claims process.

Experience in insurance claims

Demonstrated experience within the NSW CTP MAIA scheme.
