You'll be responsible for

Acting as the primary contact

Acting as the first point of contact for customers across multiple functions to ensure their needs are met.

Linking customers with warehouse, transport, inventory, IT, and service teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Analyzing service performance

Owning and analysing service and performance reporting to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
