You'll be responsible for

Providing efficient reception services

Delivering effective reception services to clients and centre-based staff while supporting OHST staff and external service providers.

Coordinating daily functions

Liaising and assisting in the coordination of daily operations at the Dental Centre and community clinics.

Handling customer inquiries

Ensuring prompt and confidential handling of inquiries from the public, directing calls, and assisting with appointment scheduling.
