You'll be responsible for

Interfacing with customers

Resolving 1st and 2nd tier/escalated service issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Investigating and tracking customer concerns

Conducting research and escalating issues to senior staff when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.

Collaborating with offshore call centres

Working together on process or specialized situations to enhance customer service delivery.
