Troubleshooting infrastructure issues
Resolving a range of infrastructure issues including server hardware, fiber, and networking problems to ensure smooth operations.⚙️
Maintaining system reliability
Prioritising and resolving trouble tickets efficiently while serving as the escalation point for all systems issues.📦
Physical data centre activities
Engaging in capacity planning, rack deployment, cabling, and hardware/software troubleshooting to support data centre operations.Key criteria

3+ years of computer hardware experience
Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware.View

Network protocols knowledge
Experience with DNS, DHCP, and TCP protocols.View

Linux/Unix administration skills
