Troubleshooting infrastructure issues
Resolving a range of infrastructure issues including server hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems to ensure smooth operations.⚙️
Maintaining system reliability
Prioritising and resolving trouble tickets efficiently, serving as the escalation point for all systems issues.📦
Physical data center activities
Engaging in capacity planning, rack deployment, cabling, and hardware/software troubleshooting as part of daily operations.Key criteria
💻
3+ years of computer hardware experience
Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware.View

Network protocols knowledge
Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Ethernet protocols.View
