Delivering responsive end-user support and remote troubleshooting for various devices and software.🔧
Supporting systems maintenance
Maintaining systems including Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory while ensuring high user satisfaction levels.📚
Documenting solutions
Documenting solutions, updating knowledge articles, and contributing to team-wide knowledge sharing.Key criteria

Level 2 technical support experience
Experience resolving complex technical issues across hardware and software.View

Strong Microsoft technologies knowledge
Proven knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft 365.View

Demonstrated understanding of enterprise-level LAN and WAN environments.View
