You'll be responsible for

Preparing development feasibilities

Prepare, maintain and review development feasibilities, cash flow models and scenario analysis to support investment and development decisions.

Delivering reports

Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, including investor reports, budgets and reforecasts.
🤝

Partnering with teams

Partner with Development, Funds Management and Finance teams to evaluate development opportunities, leasing outcomes and project performance.
