Developing experimentation roadmaps
Develop and prioritise experimentation roadmaps to improve customer conversion and digital experience.🤝
Partnering with teams
Partner with marketing, product, engineering and website teams to execute A/B tests and personalisation initiatives.Key criteria

CRO and personalisation experience
3–5 years of experience in CRO and personalisation programs.View
