You'll be responsible for

Attending conciliation conferences
Attend conciliation conferences on behalf of EML and actively participate to facilitate timely resolution of disputes.💬
Engaging with stakeholders
Engage with employee/employer representatives before and after conciliation conferences about the conference process and proposed dispute resolution outcomes.📋
Liaising with the Dispute Resolution Team
Liaise with the Dispute Resolution Team Assistant to obtain relevant claim information, arrange independent medical examinations, and obtain worker medical records as required.Key criteria

Workers compensation claims management experience
Extensive experience in managing workers compensation claims.View
