You'll be responsible for
🏛️
Attending Personal Injury Commission events
Attend the Personal Injury Commission (PIC) as EML’s representative for in person and MS Teams litigation events for statutory and work injury damages matters.🤝
Liaising with legal teams
Liaise with the Legal Specialist, Case Manager, Technical Specialist, Team Leader, and Managers to effectively manage disputes in the PIC.🗂️
Supporting matter management
Assist and support the NI Corporate Legal Team with full and effective matter management for all matters in its remit.What we're looking for
⚖️
Experience in workers compensation claims
1-2 years in NSW workers compensation or personal injury claims management.View fit

Knowledge of relevant legislation
Strong understanding of Workers Compensation Act and Workplace Injury Management Act.View fit
📝
Familiarity with dispute resolution processes
Extensive experience with NSW workers compensation dispute and litigation processes.View fit
