Managing complaints streamed as Standard and some Complex complaints in an effective and timely manner.

Investigating issues

Identifying and investigating key issues to produce preliminary assessments and determinations in Plain English.

Conducting negotiations

Engaging with complainants and financial firms to facilitate resolution through negotiation and conciliation.
