Managing Standard and some Complex complaints with autonomy in an effective and timely manner.🤝
Conducting negotiations
Using negotiation skills to facilitate telephone conciliation conferences and communications with parties involved in complaints.🔍
Investigating disputes
Identifying key issues and producing preliminary assessments in alignment with AFCA’s approach and relevant laws.Key criteria
