You'll be responsible for

Managing complaints
Overseeing a portfolio of complaints in accordance with QBE’s complaints management process, ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized.🔍
Conducting investigations
Performing detailed investigations, including analysis of policies, legislation, evidence, and expert reports to resolve disputes.🤝
Engaging stakeholders
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and claims teams, to facilitate effective dispute resolution.Key criteria
📜
Extensive insurance or legal experience
Proven experience in Claims, Legal, Product, or Underwriting roles.View
🔍
End-to-end dispute resolution expertise
Demonstrated experience managing complex complaints from start to finish.View
⚖️
Knowledge of AFCA requirements
Understanding of complaint handling, conciliations, and determinations.View
