Implementing and maintaining proper documentation, systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of site administration processes.

Preparing construction contracts

Assisting with the preparation of construction works contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is distributed and processed, all amendments are accurately recorded, and appropriate approval and sign off is provided.

Maintaining document distribution

Timely distribution of client's documents and maintaining an updated Master list.

Key criteria

Document control experience

3+ years of experience in document control within construction.

Proficiency in document control software

Experience with Acconex or similar document control systems.

Strong computing skills

Proven skills in Word, Excel, and accounting software.
