You'll be responsible for

Conducting interviews and assessments

Conduct interviews and assessments for emergency relief with community members over the phone in accordance with Doorways guidelines.

Determining assistance

Determine the assistance to be provided in line with Doorway’s standards of practice.

Supporting local mission delivery

Actively support the local mission delivery model by working collaboratively with Corps.

Certificate IV qualification

Possession of a minimum Certificate IV in Community Services.
