Conduct respectful, person-centred interviews to assess eligibility for Emergency Relief in accordance with Doorways guidelines.

Assessing client circumstances

Assess client circumstances and determine appropriate support using sound judgement, empathy, and best practice principles.

Connecting clients with services

Connect clients with internal and external support services through referrals and advocacy.

Key criteria

📄

Certificate IV in community services

Possession of Certificate IV or higher in community services.
