Managing daily operations
Effectively managing the daily operations and leading an engaged team to deliver exceptional customer service & guest experiences.🏆
Coaching and motivating team
Leading by example, coaching and motivating a high-performing team which includes front office reception, porter, reservations, night audit & leisure attendants.🤝
Building relationships
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, handling complex issues, guest complaints and resolving issues in an efficient & professional manner.Key criteria

Front office management experience
Demonstrated experience in supervisory roles within 4-5 star hotels or resorts.View

Staff management skills
Experience in coaching, motivating, and developing front office teams.View
💻
Proficiency in PMS and MS Office
Experience with Property Management Systems, preferably Opera, and MS Office.View
