You'll be responsible for

Providing expert advice
Providing expert employee and industrial relations advice to People & Culture and business stakeholders across a range of workplace issues.🤝
Supporting enterprise bargaining
Supporting and contributing to enterprise bargaining activities, including preparation, negotiations and implementation of enterprise agreements.⚖️
Managing complex matters
Managing and advising on complex and sensitive matters, including interpretation of awards and agreements, application of terms and conditions, employment disputes and claims.Key criteria
📅
5+ years in employee and industrial relations
Experience providing specialist ER/IR advice in complex environments.View
🤝
Enterprise bargaining experience
Demonstrated involvement in negotiations and implementation activities.View

Complex case management expertise
Solid experience managing employment disputes and claims.View
