Coordinate ER matters, investigations, performance issues, grievances, disputes, terminations, from initial brief through to resolution or escalation

Gathering information

Work with HRBPs and Store Managers to gather information, assess natural justice questions, and identify legal or compliance risks early
👥

Conducting interviews

Schedule and attend investigation meetings, conduct interviews fairly, take accurate notes, and preserve evidence appropriately
