You'll be responsible for

Providing day-to-day support
Sustaining EUC platform services and ensuring performance and availability.⚠️
Managing incidents and changes
Acting as a primary escalation point for complex EUC-related incidents and conducting root cause analysis.🖥️
Maintaining SOE images
Enhancing Standard Operating Environment images for desktops and servers using tools like MDT and SCCM.Key criteria

3+ years in EUC or Desktop Engineering
Experience supporting endpoint environments and user computing solutions.View

SCCM or Tanium expertise
Proven skills in endpoint management and application deployment.View
