About the job

The Executive Assistant position is all about providing high-level support to the Head of Asset Management for Australia and New Zealand. This job plays a crucial role in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently, making a significant impact on the team's success. Collaboration and a proactive approach are key, as you will be working closely with both internal and external parties.

You'll be responsible for

Managing calendars

Overseeing conference calls, travel arrangements, and client meetings to ensure smooth operations.

Assisting with communications

Coordinating incoming and outgoing communications and department meetings with colleagues in Australia and offshore.

Providing administrative support

Offering organisational support including invoice and expense administration, and assisting with staff engagement initiatives.

Executive Assistant experience

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a high-performance environment.
