You'll be responsible for

Providing secretarial support

Deliver high level secretarial services to the Assistant Commissioner and other senior officers, including diary management and meeting organisation.

Liaising with stakeholders

Communicate on behalf of the Assistant Commissioner with various internal and external parties, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Managing administration tasks

Oversee the administration of meetings and events, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and available.
