This job is about being the right hand to the Founder & CEO, Zac Altman, ensuring their time is protected and commitments are met. The impact of this position is significant, as it helps create a well-organised and calm office environment, allowing the team to thrive. Collaboration with the Head of Ops is key, and the team values proactive, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy making things run smoothly.

You'll be responsible for

Supporting the CEO

Owning the CEO's calendar, managing inbox, and ensuring commitments are met.

Managing office operations

Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Surry Hills office and maintaining a calm environment.

Coordinating team activities

Organising meetings, events, and onboarding logistics for new starters.
