Conducting inspections and audits

Conducting inspections and audits, documenting findings, and supporting follow-up actions to improve performance.

Managing operational requests

Managing operational inboxes and resolving day-to-day requests relating to cleaning and utilities.

Demonstrated experience in facilities management, especially with cleaning contracts.
