You'll be responsible for

Assisting with administration duties
Managing a range of administration tasks such as raising Purchase Orders, monitoring service desk queries, ordering consumables, and allocating ID badges to new employees and contractors.📦
Supporting manual tasks
Carrying out manual tasks including supporting the loading dock, receiving goods and deliveries, and assisting with event setups.📞
Acting as a point of contact
Being a point of contact for general queries around services, ensuring clear communication and support for all staff and visitors.Key criteria

Proven experience in operational administration tasks.View
