You'll be responsible for

Assisting with administration duties

Managing a range of administration tasks such as raising Purchase Orders, monitoring service desk queries, ordering consumables, and allocating ID badges to new employees and contractors.

Supporting manual tasks

Carrying out manual tasks including supporting the loading dock, receiving goods and deliveries, and assisting with event setups.

Acting as a point of contact

Being a point of contact for general queries around services, ensuring clear communication and support for all staff and visitors.
