Leading direct reports in the management of site facilities operations to ensure the continuity of property services with minimum disruption to the clients’ business operation.📈
Developing budgets
In conjunction with the Regional Operations Leads and Site Operations Lead, developing the budget and managing cost to budget forecast to deliver financial performance and glide path savings targets.✅
Ensuring compliance
Leading direct reports and driving vendors and contractors to perform in a safe and compliant manner, ensuring all minimum standards and compliance requirements are adhered to.Key criteria
