You'll be responsible for

Planning and coordinating pickups and deliveries
You will be required to plan and coordinate the pickup and delivery of consignments in the most cost-effective and efficient manner possible.đ
Daily debriefing of drivers
Conducting daily debriefs with drivers to address performance issues and ensure compliance.đŽ
Supervising drivers for compliance
Monitoring and enforcing compliance with State and Federal Laws among drivers.Key criteria
