Developing food and beverage offerings

Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the property’s food and beverage offerings to promote to guests.

Supervising and training staff

Supervising, coaching, and training Food & Beverage Attendants, fostering a high-performing team.

Key criteria

🍽️

Food and beverage management experience

12+ months in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification required.
