You'll be responsible for

Developing and implementing customer strategy

Owning the development and implementation of strategy for one or more customers, in line with broader Datacom strategy.

Collaborating with senior managers

Collaborating with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives for the organization.

Managing relationships with external agencies

Managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring contracts and service levels align with strategic aims.
