You'll be responsible for

Leading a high-performing team

Guide a team of four direct reports and 19 specialists across the Centre of Excellence portfolio to achieve strategic goals.

Partnering with executive leadership

Collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Extended Leadership Team to drive transformation initiatives.
🏆

Designing reward and recognition strategies

Oversee the development and implementation of reward, benefits, and recognition strategies aligned with business objectives.
