The General Member (Sessional) position in the Workers Compensation and Motor Accidents Division at the Personal Injury Commission is a unique opportunity to contribute to the resolution of disputes for individuals injured in motor accidents and workplaces in New South Wales. You'll be responsible for

Resolving disputes

Facilitating the resolution of disputes between injured individuals, insurers, and employers in a fair and transparent manner.

Conducting hearings

Conducting hearings and making determinations in accordance with the Commission's jurisdiction.

Providing guidance

Offering guidance and support to parties involved in disputes to ensure a smooth resolution process.

Australian lawyer qualification

Must be an Australian lawyer with 5+ years’ standing.
