You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support for Board meetings

Delivering end-to-end administrative and secretariat support for Board and Board Committee meetings, including agendas, meeting papers, minute preparation, and Board portal administration.

Managing governance documentation

Overseeing governance documentation and responding to information requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Coordinating the Governance calendar

Scheduling meetings, paper deadlines, and briefing sessions effectively to ensure smooth governance operations.
