You'll be responsible for

Leading the regional rollout of the HIRAID® model of care

Play a pivotal role in implementing the HIRAID® model of care across the Grampians Local Health Service Network.
🤝

Building partnerships with participating health services and stakeholders

Collaborate with health services and key stakeholders to foster partnerships that enhance patient safety.
📚

Coordinating training and implementation activities across campuses

Organize and oversee training sessions and implementation efforts to ensure effective adoption of the model.

Healthcare project management experience

Demonstrated experience managing healthcare projects effectively.
